Specific targetted jobs kosam try chestunte..daniki sambandhinchina projects ni add cheyadam..or atleast skill set lo chupinchali.. after that..increase ur number of connections..meeku telsina colleugues, work chestunna vallani add cheskovali.. all this is part of profile building.. already work chesi unte...u can request...ur managers or supervisors to write a reccomendation..idi chala helpful... avani ayyaka....job search... dantlo search is very good chaala criteria point to point specific ga drill down cheskovachu... depending on skill set, experience, level of job looking for... avanni...choose cheskuni...try to frame a nice and apt cover letter.. Linkedin dwara direct HR ki pampinche chances chala untai for jobs..vlle post chestaru kabatti.. so Cover Letter and Resume manchiga draft cheskuni...pampinchadi...keep on applying them... dont ignore ur inbox messages..
