TOM_BHAYYA Posted September 25, 2012 Report Posted September 25, 2012 My best Suggestion is: but Turkey (flavor aithe anything. like four pepper.. buffalo .. smoked.. ).. this is highly protein and low carb and almost non-fat diet food maama and take turkey slices with 9-grain wheat or multi-grain wheat breads..n lettuce n spinach ..!!! This is my dinner diet including 8-egg whites
