New Visa Interview Procedure

Ok Guys. Finally I am able to connect the customer support.
Few points to be noted.
The old HDFC reciepts that are already paid is valid. They Transfered all the HDFC reciept numbers to new system
We need to take 2 appointments. One with OFC and other one is visa interview appointment
One big change is if you apply visa for your mom and dad they need to take 2 individual appointments(Previously they can appear together).
This sounds strange to me and I aksed her 5 times and she replied yes.
