problem is that managers are full time employers themselves...if a project goes wrong for a hiring a fake candidate..its a waste of time and money...and that too in this financial crunch and layoffs happening....the manager must have been pissed a lot...

i've seen some candidates here...first day impression is that vaalu pakka freshers....then we will check if he is good enough to survive....survive ayithey we will continue with him for this project...will give him all the help he needs...even then if he not upto mark we just fire him...
