Agreed. I took atleast 10 interviews and failed tavata i could get job on my own. I totally have satisfaction that i got job with my own effort. Interviews fail avvadam valla i did dummy projects too realizing i am not so good at Java and it fetched me so much. 1st job lo 5 people were hired on same day nenu tappa mita 4 pattubaddaru as they did pr0xy which made them not prepare before starting work. Basics lone dorikipoyaru. Every one in my team thought i had atleast 3 yrs exp though they could guess i dont have 8yrs exp. Mana homework preparation cheyakunda lazy ga vere vallato call cheyiste job potundi mari....manam nerchukoni call tesukoni chala sarlu fail ayyi inka street mida ki vache stage lo pr0xyanna edo anukovachu but these days effort 0% and they come on board with no knowledge and no preparation as pr0xy undi kada why studying ani asale chadavaru. guys don't get offended.

I am a tech lead now in java..nenu hiring kuda chestanu in my team and i saw guys coming on board without even knowing cd command in unix. To check logs they don't know they will be in a location in unix box..code check out chesukodam kuda raledu which is the basic thing in programming. I do encourage freshers too in my team but effort aey pettani vallaki lazy vallaki evaditono pani cheyinchukundam evening and time pass chese vallaki i cannot support. [b]Mana 100% manam ivvali and ofcourse 100% effort to kuda 8 yrs exp ki telisinantha teledu but at work place a lead never cares even if u are a fresher if u have right attitude.[/b]

4 yrs back ki ippadiki chala attitude difference vachesindi appudu 100 ppl lo 10 ppl pr0xy cheyinchukunevallu but now 95 people search for pr0xy and then decide technology...eppudo appudu effort pettakunda manchi career is not possible.. why not before they take interviews naku ardham kadu..ardham chesukoni effort pedite it is very easy to get into better positions very soon...but i know no one cares
