[*]Account Summary from Bank
[*]On Business letter head with Account opened date and current balance.
[*]Latest Bank Statement
[*]Certificate letter from Employer
[*]On letter head with stating permanent employee and current salary.
[*]3 or 4 Latest Pay Stubs
[*]Copy of last 3 years W2 Forms
[*]Copy of last 3 years IT returns
[*]Birth certificate
[*]Copy of I-797
[*]Copy of I-94
[*]Copy of Passport including blank pages
[*]Letter to Consulate
[*]Letter to Parents
[*]Letter to In-law
[*]Wife’s Passport including blank pages
[*]Marriage certificate
[*]Wife’s birth certificate
[/list]

For Parents...Do we need to send Wife passport, marriage certificate, wifes birth certificate?
