As one of the DB member mentioned here, it depends on the assessing officer at the time of processing. Diabetis is common now a days and i think they might take it light.

Worry kakunda health ni jagrattaga choosuko. Canadian immigration have their approved doctors to get a medical ceritficate after you submit your PR application. My PR was done through David. They are very good in filing and processing. Worry kaavaddu everything will be alright.
