*** High court Says No to 4% Muslim Reservations ****

The 4 % Muslim reservations provided by the state govt when ysr was alive is ruled out by highcourt today...

Here are the case details....

when ysr was alive he mde 4 percent muslim reservations. then a pil in high court was made at tht time.. then itself high court ruled out the orders passed. but govt appealed to supreme court. then supreme court issued stay order on the ruling iven by the high court and ordered high court to go into the details further and make a fast decision again.... in the mean while ysr govt passed the ordinance for the 4 percent muslim reservations...

now high court ruled out the 4 percent muslim reservations....

this decision by high court is given by 7 judges in joint....

hehe.... manchi pilani nenu vetakadam endi... nuvvu epudo vetukunav ani ikada talk... nuvvu bayata padatledu anthe....  saturday unanu... ee roje lenu...  naa work fine... nothing important as of now...  just weekly reports anthe...

the high court made two stms in this regard...

one is... the reservations tht are made on the basis of religion are not acceptable
second one is.... the BC commision which made a study on these reservations is not upto the mark and is not resembling the actual situations.....

and here is a big damage to all those who got jobs and educational reservations from 2007...

the govt initially started the reservations in 2007 and is continuing till now....

the supreme court which issued stay order initially on the high court ruling said the reservations will be in effect in accordance with the final judgement...

so ipudu already jobs and education reservations 2007 nunchi ichesaru... ipudu high court ruled out the reservations....

so ipudu high court already ichina reservations unchutundaa.. teesestundaaa...

whts ur opinion guys...  already ichinavi unchalaa teseyalaaa

out of the seven judges who delevered the judgement, 5 voted against the reservations and 2 voted for the reservations... so majority is against.. and so is the judgement...

govt of andhra pradesh now preparing to file a petition against the high court ruling against the muslim reservations...

the govt is just saying one point... see the resevrations based on their backwardness... and dont see it based on religion....

wht say... muslims nijam gane backward class aaa ????

all th epoliticians now raised their voices against the high court ruling and are asking the govt to move to supreme court....

but these people forgot wht the supreme court said previously.... in this particular case the ruling given by high court wht evr it may be will be final and the supreme court will not entertain any other petitions on this....

so high court ruling is last... and final one....
