GC konchem complex process.. three steps..

1. first step labor - The day your labor is filed is your priority date. Idi chaala important date nee gc process lo. Ee process rought ga 6 months padtadi.. audit padte one year
2. Second step after labor approval is I140. Ee process rough gaa 6 months.. some case one year. EB2 MS from accredited university unna vallaki.. EB3 non-MS vallaki mostly..
3. Thirds step is I485. But ee I485 you can only file when the priority date for India for EB2/EB3 is after the date your LC was filed.

Ippudu current EB2 India Sept 2004 and EB3 India October 2002 nadustunnayi. But they will rapidly move to 2009 by end of next year. and tarvaata it's your luck. It may take two years or it may take 10 years..

I485 file chesaaka EAD and oka 6 months lo GC..
