Gc Process For All The Guys Who Just Started On H1S

It's very important that you start early for your GC process. Current situation lo if you start late you will not have a chance..

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]1. first step labor - The day your labor is filed is your priority date. Idi chaala important date nee gc process lo. Ee process rought ga 6 months padtadi.. audit padte one year[/font][/color]
[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]2. Second step after labor approval is I140. Ee process rough gaa 6 months.. some case one year. EB2 MS from accredited university unna vallaki.. EB3 non-MS vallaki mostly..[/font][/color]
[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]3. Thirds step is I485. But ee I485 you can only file when the priority date for India for EB2/EB3 is after the date your LC was filed.[/font][/color]

Earlier ppl use to say.. file GC at 6th year. That is not good. If your intention is to stay in US, file ASAP

Start GC processing the day you are in US
Employers cheyaru but start presurrursing them meerey dabbulu pettukoni ayina priority date lock cheskondi. PD is utmost important part. I learnt this only in 6th year. So never delay processing of GC

Usually H1 meeda oka 3 to 6 months work chesaaka you can start the GC process..

Is there anything like, we need to go to different employer to file GC(For Exp concern)?,so that we use the Exp from previous employer.. I am with the same employer since my opt started. Now iam on H1.

Usually they will use your BS + MS. So you should be fine..

Experience ki chaala rules unnay.. I know my senior who started with the same employer. They were worried about moving to an other employer.. vaadu malli oka 6 months one year work cheste kaani file cheyyadu GC..His I140 was approved recently. So he is fine.

EAD vachina tarvaatha 6 months ki raadu GC..nee priority date current undaali after getting EAD..then I-485 pprove avvali..after that oka 2 months lo vachestadi GC
