Usually nee priority date current untene I485 file chestaav kada. appudu mostly oka 6 months lo vachestundi.. I have seen my colleagues..

But if they are moving the priority dates back again then it will take some time before they move the dates forward again.. Kaani pillalaki adi chepte artham kaadani simplify chesaa info..

idhi konchem wrong information.. for suppose.. india lo Masters chesinaa .. ikkada EB2 cheyyachu.. and also if you have more than 6 years (roughly) GENUINE exp, then also you can file in EB2

and I-140 ki premium option undhi so it can be done in 15 days...

I140 approval aite priority date lock avutundi employer maarina.. I140 reject aite mottam process poyinatte anyways..

I140 preimum can only be done during the last year of H1B. Not for everyone..

If you are with the same employer yes. File an other I140. But usual gaa I140 poyindi ante.. something wrong.. You may have to change employer or file in different category like EB3 instead of EB2 etc..
