File your I140 in a different category. Usual gaa I140 rejections employer ability to pay or experience to untaay..

If it is experience then it means that USCIS thinks that you need to apply in a lower category.. EB3 takes a lot longer for the GC compared to EB2.

If it's ability to pay then it means that your employer is not able to pay your correctly.. if that's the case you need to move to a different employer.. idi konchem rare case..
