Na OPT july 2013 lo ayipothundi…..and na F1 visa may 2013 lo expire avuthundi….April 2013 lo H1 file chestam kada…So ippudu na status ela vutundi from july 2013 generally CAP gap antaru but na F1 visa kuda expire ayithundi kabatti…naku kuda CAP gap apply avuthunda…or emina colg lo malli enroll avvala…as both OPT n F1 expire avuthundi kabatti..plz help meeeeeeee

if you apply H1 b in valid time and if your opt expires after you apply for H1 b

- You are eligible for automation cap-gap extension i-20 through september 30 th

- you can get your extended I-20 from your Internation office (with the receipt letter from USCIS that you applied for H1b ). I believe they require few docs form you to do this

- you will need to contact your international office and make sure your F1 status is extended

no worries...but you need to talk to your ISO on [b]extending of work authorization[/b] , they will explain you the process to move on

No problem dude..Asalu cap gap antene..neku visa tho paniledu...i think needi five yrs visa..adi ayipoyi capgap loki veltav..
Naku telsina two yrs visa tho us vachina vallaki ide situation earlier vachindi..premium lo H1 vachindi..okavela premium kaakapoyina cap gap lo unna no pbm..
Neeku maree tension ga unte..Premium apply chesuko..or else regular..anywayz no pbm..just chill
