inthamundu evaro chepparu bayya idi.. you can just send an email ur employer requesting ur W2. It is thier responsibility to provide you with ur w2 anta.. even if u r not on good terms with them.

Asking for w-2 is your right. vadu adigina ivvakapote u can sue him...its a serious crime so evadu antavaraku techukodu. U can even get a duplicate copy calling IRS and saying that ur employer didn't send you w-2. Feb 1st kalla pampakapote mi employer call and request ur w-2. Even if you are not in touch with current employer to avoid complications he will automatically send your w-2 so dont worry at all
