EVVC model stamping appudu problem avthundhii unless all the supporting documents submit chesthe.. Most of the consultancy employer will not support..

thanks bhayya andhulo oka vendor maa employer ee i mean client-->prime vendor---->mid vendor(ee kondi gadu naa previous employer i mean naa 1st h1 hold chesadu)------>(employer)

ee month end kalla again i will be back to EVC

just same management but 2 diff companies .....so h1 transfer kosam ani maa ode nenu transfer ayye company ki oka contract rasadu ani thus it became EVVC....

but i had documentation from all thse gus...

ala aithe stamping chances kocham bhaaguntaayee EVVC to EVC ki .. documents support ki emi problem lekapothe..u shd b fine..
Also LCA lo make sure mee client address unde laagaa...maana employers sometimes employer location pedthaaaru LCA lo. instead of client location ..so careful stamping appudu check your LCA...
nuvvvu employer place lo work chesthe no problem..client place lo work chesthe matram LCA lo client place mention chesi undaaali....
I mean ekkada work location unte LCA lo kuda adhe mention cheyyali.. this is important factor for stamping..

andharu desi employers primary work location:consulatncy office petti
other locations lo client address tho apply chestharu(i dont know the tactic but my attorney did it...)
