** Case Filed in Supreme Court against the formation of Telangana ***

A public Interest Litigation PIL is filed in the Supreme court today against the central govts decision to form the state of telangana as KCR fastened...

the petitioner requested the court to consider this main point... the central govt made a stmt tht it will form the state of telangana on dec 9th keeping in view of only the KCR fasting until death... this is not fair decision he says...

the court accepted the case and will be considered for first review tomorrow.. the case number will also be alloted tomorrow...

but whts important to see here is.... the superme court doesnot have any authority to question the central govt on the formation a seperate state according to the article 16(D) of the constitution. th epower fully is vested in hand of the central govt to form a state or not..

so lets see wht happens....

the petitioner also asked the supreme court to dismiss the sri krishna committee appointed by the central govt few days back....
