bitterkai Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 A high alert in west bengal is issued by the state health department as they found birdflu symptons in large....as many as 2 lakh hens are killed , and 20,000 eggs are damaged by the department. The flu alert is severley issued in 10 kms part of a district. The first sympton was identified on JAN 14th. Now its very severe.As far as now there are no symptons in humans....says the health department...all the safety measures tht are supposed to be taken are initiated by the govt of westbengal so tht this doesnt spread....hope everything goes well and have a speedy recovery for hens....
