Transfer Usd To Ind. Which Site Is The Best?

I am planning to send/transfer USD-> INR, can you please suggest me which site USUALLY gives the best rate? And on over all which site is the best to use?

P.S.Somehow I started disliking ICICI .

Slow; better rate: Go for bank transfers... like ICICI, SBI remit, money2India, IndusInd...
