actual ga payroll can be biweekly/monthly but u shud get paid for that month...h1 meedha 40 hrs/week payroll undali...ekkuva aina undochu emo....oka vela marketing chesi late aithe offer letter ichinappudu entha mention chesaro(or else lca midha unna minumum wages pakka run avvali)

i have my own insurance for my family, so thanaki valla comp nundi no insurance.(as it is a consultancy we can opt out)
applying ssn entha time paduthundi ravadaniki etc etc?
enni rojulu job lekunda vundachu ?? (I mean marketing, job ravataniki koncham time paduthundi gaa)

emanna ideas/suggestions vunte cheppandi pi quesitons ki. Thanks

SSN apply chesina 2-3 weeks lo vastundi. enni rojulu job lekunda undacho teleedu, but not to worry, worst case lo H4 ki convert aipovachu anukunta fast ga ne...murthy forum lo chaduvu okasari..
