Green Card Importance anedhi nee personal choice.. If you want to live in USA for long term, better initiate GC right away , file for Labor, 140 and then you can transfer the PD.

Green Card is important for me...kaani ippudu unna situation lo year end ki green card file cheste 1.5 yrs tarvaate neenu company maarala for smooth transition of Green card process!!!! appudu varuku e 75 k lone undi potaa ani bhayam oka veepu undi!!!!

start the process asap..malli next company ki poyna kooda time padthadi and moreover H1 tho employer change avadam always risky..oka 10K yekkuva vaste pedda diff yemi undadu

Kani immediate GC filing kaabaatii ok

2) Current position lo old company always advantage ..if u go to a new company...don't know what is going to happen after 4 to 6 mons...

Once u have GC and Enough exp ...then u can come out try Hrs and see how it works out for u

My advise ...saty back and go for GC

CA,NY states lo 75K aithe kastam.......married aithe inka kastam....cheaper places lo aithe 75K is pretty good...and GC kooda chesthunnadu kabatti...job change avadam not a good idea i think

GC Process start cheyi, I-140 Clear ayina tharuvatha verey job try cheyyi. Appudu PD carry cheyocchu with kotha employer - GC process tho..
