I need help on Couple of issues...

MySelf: Edo Cheppa... Baane unnanu ani....

Manager: Your Previous Manager and Co-Workers said you are did/ doing a Phenomenal Job.. I appreciate that annadu...

MySelf: Yeah I know... Valleppudu joke chesthu untaru anna...

Manager: daaniki 30 seconds navvi.... So you are the last guy and its Friday evening, we will keep it short sweet annadu..

Myself: Sure anna...

Manager: So in the next five years if you get a chance to change something what will you do annadu...

MySelf: I will hire more young blood.... I can see 10 years down the road C******* (My Company) doesn't have future, we already have a bunch of best,experienced Controls Engineers out in the market anna...

Manager: konchem Shock ayyadu... Direct ga ane sariki... Plus Dairy lo Note chesukunnadu.... So how did you like your work, company annadu....

MySelf: I am not big fan of the company but .... I like the department and the previous manager ani cheppa... alage the previous manager was one of my best friends ani cheppa...

Manager: Navvu Face nundi.... serious discussion loki velladu.... 30 mins slot aithe 25 mins ayipoyayi.... So everybody so far whom I spoke to said good things about you... how did you like that annadu....

MySelf: I never said "No" to anybody in the last 20 months since I joined the Company so that could be the reason everybody likes me anna (Naaa Last manager Review lo kuda ide point mention chesadu... Well liked by Co-Workers ani) ... The situation could be 90 degrees off when I am in a position to Manage the project ani cheppa...

Manager: First... Whats wrong in saying "NO" if you don't like something.... Secondly.... What made/will make you say "No" in future annadu....

MySelf: I just gave a smile .... because I had a bunch of answers but those can create a slight negative impression on others and eventually on me..

Manager: Well it's already 45 minutes and 5:30 PM Friday... I will ask you one last question ani... You said you liked the department but not a fan of Company annavu... Is there a reason that made you make that statement annadu....

MySelf: The Average hours that we should work is 50 hours/week... We can be more efficient if its 45 hours/week anna... alage... We don't have time for breakfast... and 30 minutes for Lunch.... Subway ki poyi Company ki voche sariki 30 minutes ayipothundi... eppudu thinali anna... nenu 45 minutes theesukunta and I will report intha time sheet kakapothe.... problem entante... 30 minutes avvagane Mechanical build guys and Controls guys eduru choosthuntaru evaina questions unte... inka Oka mudda notlo pettukuni valaki answer chesi malli inko mudda pettukovali.... okkosari breakfast cheyyataniki time lenappudu ... asalu etu pothunnam manam chesthundi correctena ani pisthadi.... So ivanno English lo cheppa... Alage I literally work for food ani cheppa....

Interesting ani cheppi disco continue chesadu....

So naaaku actual review undi inko couple months lo... Eeee sari deeenni cover chethu... soft ga undatam better aaaa... lekapothe anukunnadi/ unnadi kakkatam better aaaa....


Second issue konchem important... meee opinion kaavali.....annam thinochi raastha...

anukunnadi/ unnadi kakkatam better... be yourself.. they know most of the stuff.. but the issue will have more impact when an employee reports it

maree straight forward ga unte tippi kodutundi..better to express your point more diplomatically.
aggressiveness undachu but don't end up being arrogant
with superiors, I think you can get more done by being soft, precise and intelligent and still stay in good terms with them

Agreed but.... the discussion was never arrogant..... It was just different from other 26 pepople anthe.... andaridi 15 minutes eee jarigindi naaadi 45 minutes ayindi.... he was more convinced but don't know what was in his mind....
