It's not about 'walking' as someone rightly said its about:
How many people or different group of people he met
Did he have discussions or debates to know their issues, being retrospective of last 10 years and how can these be resolved.

None can give resolution rightaway...but knowing their issues will make one to think in the direction of "what could be done to resolve them" or "what could be the best possible/available solution"

Remember that none has magic stick to fix the issues rightaway. It's a big system with so many loopholes n flaws. Only people can fix it not a politician as people/voters are the major pillar of system.
