offshore always sucks with attitude prob. its not with every progr. or tester. Its the total attitude, ethic problem which proj. manager / lead creates such environment. Deenivalla unna manchi programmers or testers kooda alage follow avutharu no option endukante valla appraisals proj. manager chethilo untadi kaabatti.
All Desi companies have this worst ethics. HATE DESI COMPANIES TO THE CORE.

1. Dont take things personal at work & never get in to arguements.
2. Make your point and back yourself with best practices & standards.
3. Send an email carbon copying your manager. Save this copy, down the line if something goes wrong you are covered.

Thats all you can do..., play smart.

My personal experience: (I might be completely wrong)
People that make it from offshore to onsite usually think that they are the best & try hard to get attention, in reality they are insecure.

na daggariki vachi edho file adigedu...mail chesanu...matter ayipoyinddhi...

taravatha veedu vaala manager, maa manager, project manager andhariki petti malli mail ichedu naaku file pampu ani...

offline lo vaditho maatladenu...emi ra file ichenu kada malla endhuku ala email ichev ani...

appudu veedu..."mari andhariki teliyali kada naa work neevalla delay ayindhi ani " ani annadu...

all managers know that he was acting smart....they kicked him out...
