H1B Transfer.. Need Help..

I worked on F-1 Visa with company A from last 1 year on CPT. I have latest pay stubs on F-1 status. Now, my status changed from F1 to H1 on Oct 01, 2012.

Now planning to move out to another Company B.

How many pay stubs I need to do H1b transfer from Company A to Company B.
How quickly I can do transfer?

Someone told me that I need at least 3 pay stubs that was generated on H1b status. This rules means 1.5 month based on the fact my company has semi monthly (15 days pay stub rule).

I don't think its true, if you are relieving your duty in a right manner, then you must be getting experience certificate n all. Then you dont need 3 pay stubs. [/size][/color][/center][/size]

The only rule there is that on H1, you have to get paid all the time. The paystubs are just a way of proving that you got paid.[/size][/color][/center][/size]

No you can't bhayya. even transfer is hard without at least 2 to 3 pay stubs.. USCIS will question the original H1B petition validity without even working for at least a few months.. Lawyers say 3 months is usually a period to show that there was a genuine job offer and H1B petition.. before that 99% reject..

Naa paata room mate had the same issue.. his transfer was rejected..
