Particularly people, who have used CPT, are among first one being contacted by ICE agents. Their passports are being taken away and asking them to accept voluntary deportation or wait till asked to appear front of the immigration judge, who will eventually forcefully deport you with ban on entering US for at least 3 years. (That is what they have been told by agents)[/font][/color]

They have started the sweeping operation silently, so that there is no noise from Indian Government.[/font][/color]
