H1 apply chesthe dani result vache varaku work cheyyadanike eligible anukunta. Maa office lo already okadiki expire ayyindhi OPT, H1 RFE padindhi, but he is still eligible to work till he gets a decision on H1. Manager ki explain cheyyamanu

Actually nenu cheppina case lo OPT OCT 1 ki mundhu expire ayyindhi...so CAP gap lo consider chesaru..OCT taruvatha expire avuthe I think you have to stop working...I am not sure..kani forums lo you have to stop working ani undhi!!!!

ask ur brother to upgrade it to premium he'll know the result in less than 2 weeks(may be 5 days since its fulltime and assuming all docs are legitimate).......normally an employee can pay the fee for premium processing..if not try to explain this to manager.do it asap...
