2. what kind of issues have you faced earlier as a lead of a development team and how did you mitigate those?
3. how do you ensure that the product has good quality and what steps will you take that bugs are identified properly
4. how can you handle stress and explain it with an example
5. how do you resolve conflicts of interest between different team members
6. most difficult decisions you have taken and why
7. what are you drawbacks and what have you done to resolve them
8. what are your strengths
9. how do you ensure that the right people are assigned to the right tasks based on their strong areas
10. how do you ensure that the product is inline with the requirements from business

inkonni possible questions you might face during the interview:

- Where do you see yourself in three to five years time?
- Why are team meetings important and how to handle conflicts efficiently?
- Why is risk management important? Name a few scenarios you have handled.
- Have you ever worked with a team that is not motivated? What kind of steps will you take to ensure motivation is always kindled within the team?
- What steps will you take to delegate tasks efficiently and maximize resource utilization?
- Have you worked in an on-site/off-shore model? What are some of the challenges with this kind of a model and how did you overcome them?
