Help ! Urgent! Copy Flash Videos

I want to copy the flash videos which r playing in our local server(no access to server)
I have access only to play the flash videos with .swf extension

These videos will be available only for today probably t'row that's all

a file ie lo open chesi tools -> internet options _>general tab ->settings(browsing history_>view files-> copy .swf file

open the fage fress ctrl+u(page source)

ctrl+F type.swf

find the .swf link right click on the link and save as
