Forgot to add,NJ DMV will give hard time for h1b and F1 holders

They will give License upto +90days of your i-94 expiry.They need valid visa and valid i-94.They will not consider OPT card.According to them OPT is not a visa status !

konni NJ locations lo ala printed copy theeskoru (naadhi theeskoledhu) so wait until u get ur original one mailed out, ledhu okasaari try chestha ante theeskelli try chei

i dont think So ,, ......... And F1 lo I20 or EAD chustharu .....+90 days max aa state lo evatam ledhu anukunta ippudu
