Only salads and grilled meats tinali and more over 5 protein shakes a day in regular interval and and timely food along with 2 hrs workout a day and 6 days a week finally i got it in 1 yr

For starters:

who wanna work out with dead lifts and wgts :

your cardio should be max of 10 mins , this will be helping you to pump ur hrt rate. You shoudlnt be wasting time on thread mill .

More over we need maitian electrolyte levels in our body , most of gatrode has 25 to 35 gms of sugar which is very bad for body builders
