[/quote] NOPE..once neeku H1B ochaka inka cap excempt etc etc doesn't matter. ROUND the year u can apply for transfer any time.

coolbuddy Posted October 11, 2012 Report Posted October 11, 2012 no u cannot transfer .....Non Profit/ Not for Profit Organizations ki H1B eppudaina cheyochu irrespective of quota. So once aa H1 loki velte regular Quota H1 ki ravali anta U have to apply a new H1 from that years quote u can only transfer the H1 to other NonProfit/Non Profit H1B visa (quota exempt)
