I just came to know that i need to show 10k $ cash in my account while applying showing that i can support myself in canada once i get PR atleast for 3 months. If not i need to atleast have an offer letter. This is what i saw in website. No not necessary to block money in your account till your PR is approved. Proof of funds part comes later in final stage and you need money in your account at that time not from beginning. You can withdraw/deposit money as you like. I would suggest keep money atleast 3months before your final stage begins. When you goto immigration stamping and landing in Canada you need to have proof of funds. 2. Please send me some URL's so that i can apply for jobs in Canada. Looking around Toronto.
