Urgent Help Needed In Unlocking Iphone 4S

I have purchased a Iphone in India and after that i came to know it's locked with orange network UK. I wanted to gift this to my friend the day after for his birthday.

I have got a iphone 4s binded with orange network ( UK)..

Could some one guide me through the unlocking steps if any .

Please its a urgent.

[indent=2.25]4) Use the “restore” option within iTunes (located at the bottom of iTunes not the top)[/indent]

[indent=2.25]6) Disconnect from USB then re-connect[/indent]
[indent=2.25]7) Synchronise device with iTunes[/indent]
[indent=2.25]8) Once synchronised a message will appear on iTunes stating “[b]Congratulations, your iPhone has beenunlocked[/b]” If using IOS5 this message will not show[/indent]
[indent=2.25]9) Follow on screen set up instructions to enable new carrier settings[/indent]

[indent=1.35]Your handset should now be successfully unlocked.[/indent]
