ippudu mee employer nee health insurance ki contribute chestunnado ledo kanukko.. most of the times chestaru.. if that's the case, bayata separate ga insurance tessukunte premium ekkuva padutundi neeku.. and moreover neeku deductible and coinsurance takkuva kavali antunnavu kabatti premium inka ekkuva avutundi.. but I suggest you shop around

also, employer insurance tho stick ayite many employers provide different choices with the same insurance.. okka vela mee employer alaa istunnadu emo kanukko

pre-existing clause will normally only effect for chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, cancer, etc... and also pre-existing vaatiki kuda konni insurance coverage untayi but as you said premium definitely ekkuva untundi.. also having a surgery is not the same as a pre-existing medical condition.. also from 2014 insurance companies are not allowed to discriminate insurance coverage based on pre-existing condition
