hyd side naku peddaga idea, contacts and network evi levu,heard lot of stories abt land grabbings etc so I ruled out that optn
andhra side aitey I am more comfi, anduke trying to find some options in vijayawada, Guntur, Rajahmundry areas...

Hyd aite buy only towards the IT area - HITECH city, gachi bowli, madha pur etc.. Other areas lo telangana godavala valla rates peragochu tagochu.. but IT area is usually outiside of these agitations. Hitech city side there are a lot of North Indians and people from other states and usually any impact of Telangana is very low in that area.. so the rates will either go up or stay the same.. no chance of going down..

Andhra side already chaala ekkuva unnay rates.. after TG agitation Ongole, Nellore, Kurnool lanti cities lo kooda prices are very high.. inka enta perugutaayi ante doubte.. If TG doesn't materialize and if we we get a stable government after next elections impact of TG will be very less and Hyd will pick up again.. In that case Andhra and Seema lo towns will loose heavily..

Vijaywada Guntur lo already rates peak lo unnayi. more than Hyd in some areas.. Be cautious.. TG raakapote biscuit ani naa doubt..
