carbs- carbohydrates-- which readily give energy simple ante glucose ani cheppali sources food grains like rice,wheat etc sources of carbs

proteins-- these r building blocks helps in amino acid production-- sources legumes like chana , green gram, i mean pulses

fats-- kovvu vayya vaduka basha lo saturated n unsaturated ani vunatii sources- milk, meat (of course proteins kuda vuntai), oil seeds like sunflower, groundnuts etc

Anayallu ...actually ga Good carbs and Bad carbs ani enduku devide chesanatee....Good carbs are the one which have low Glycemic index and Bad carbs are the one which have High Glycemic index......

Asalu glycemic index is... measurement of glucose ([url="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_sugar"]blood sugar[/url]) level increase from [url="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbohydrate"]carbohydrate[/url] consumption.

Actually ga em jarugutundante manam tinee carbs digest ayyi ..glucose ga maarii ..blood loki veltundiii.....

Foods which have High Glycemic index (Bad carbs)..they will release glucose rapidly in to blood stream.....denivalle Fat vastundi body lo ante lot of chances to get obbesive

Adhe Foods which have Low glycemic Index(Good carbs) they will realese Glucode gradually in to bllod stream

So deni batti Good carbs tinte manchidi ..And try to avoid Bad carbs
