Ela chepte manaku sariga ardham kadhu kkaani ..asalu em tinakudadho naku tesli na items cheptanu...ANte which have High G.I values

Any food which have G.I Index more than 75 ..are considered as Bad foods naa drustiloo just avoid themm meeku aa belly fat tagalante ...
