Bhayyaaa..nenu study chesina dani batti ..we need Protien food ..and low carb food ..ante kaani dieting ani chepi asaliu tinakunda undatam anedi worst option...

Morning snacks ki ......Wheat bread ...peaut butter....and orange juice........Andariki nachutundo ledho telvad kani manchi food...Especially body build chesvalaki kuda edi manchi breakfast.

11 ki aa time lo edaina fruitss ..evaina parledhu ....

inkaa lunch ki nenaithe 2-3 Tortillos..full Veggies curry........No rice .....

inkaa opika untee...4 ki aa time loo......Cottage chesse tinandii.....good food .....

Ratri vishayaniki vaste excercises chesina taravata ..full akali lo untam...manchi fresh orange juice ayina ..protien shakes lo strabeeries tagutanu nenu .......taravat 2-3 egg whites...and Malli oka tortiloo.....veggie kurra....ediana parledhu anni veggies good for health.....Edi naa menu.....Most impotsna thing entante ...tina ventane tonguntee....waste ..kanisam tina taravata padukovadanikii 1-2 hours gap undali vayyas...............
