Rebel Producers Complaint Against Lawrence

[size=4][b][font=Arial]Prabhas starrer [b][i]Rebel[/i][/b] is now running theatres and the film got cold response from the audiences. Now, the producers of the movie had lodged a complaint against the movie's director Raghava Lawrence. And Producers' Council has taken up the issue.

According to our sources, producers J Baghavan and Pullarao, in their written complaint alleged that Lawrence escalated the film's budget from Rs 22.5 Crores to Rs 40 Crores. They said that Lawrence agreed to hand over them the film's first copy at the cost of Rs 22.5 Crores but he went on to increasing the budget and wrapped up it at Rs 40 Crores.

Meanwhile, Lawrence has lodged a complaint against the producers for selling off dubbing and remake rights without informing him. In his written complaint that is sent to the Director's Association, he said that the producers promised him to give the dubbing rights. He alleged that they sold them off without informing him.
