CooLgUy4U Posted October 15, 2012 Report Posted October 15, 2012 Filed for H1B in April......... Got RFE ON Aug 14th....... Responded to the RFE along with premium Upgradation on Oct 5th...... Got RFE today i.e 15th Oct again.......... Life sucks big time ante idenemo........................... Question: Next time rfe ki respond ayinapudu do we need to upgrade it to premium or USCIS will process our Case in Premium processing... if any one knows please let me know Thanks....
dotnetrockz Posted October 15, 2012 Report Posted October 15, 2012 ok my thought once ur case is upgraded to premium....ur case willl have expedite processing irrespective of how many rfe's u recieve....and each time u submit the docs for that rfe...the day uscis recieves ur reponse will be the starting day of 15 day calendar period...if no decision is made within 15 days...ur fee will be refunded but the case will still be processed as a premium case..... note:15 days=15 calendar days including sat nd sunday...
