Help Regarding Port Of Entry

General ga employer unna daggare return avvaala India nunchi vacheppudu ??
My employer is located in Columbus, Ohio and want to return to Wahongton, DC. Will there be any issues at POE ??

My present status is OPT ext and I won't be in a job while returning.

Help !!!

good to take employer letter showing/stating that you are going to resume your work upon arrival right

having paystubs handy is better

what are all you carrying ? are you in job for some time in the recent past ?

since ur on opt extension...any port of entry is better...u just need to inform ur employer on the day since immigration people may call upon the number given in his letter of employment...thats the worst case...

most of times...they just check ur i20 and visa stamp...thats it....

nenu last year alane vacha bhayya... first opt... project ayipoyindi so went to India return back after one month.. no issues at port of entry. mine is Boston. na friend kuda alane project ayina tarvatha India velladu 2 months vunnadu....Employer is in texas
