oka fulltime offer vachindi desi company tho...first 6 months contract tarwata fulltime..antha bane undi but vadu nannu 6 months tarwata fulltime tisukunta ani email confirmation ivvu ani antunnadu.email confirm chesi,tarwata naku nachaka fulltime tiskokapothe,legal ga problem avvudda?

adhi edho jeffa company anukuntaaa ..

actually in USA none of the company asks for a written proof ... and always there is no RULE u have to stick to a company ... nenu 2 ft maarina

its just about giving heads up 2 weeks before leaving job shud be fine ...

unless vadu ichina agreement sariga chosi break cheste emi problem ledu anukunte parledu ..

my true suggestin neku nachindi alochinchi chey .. okokallu chepedi okala untadi .. ..mari antaga teliyakapothe 200 peti lawer ki chopinchi sign chey relif ga untadi neku kuda..
