Market is doing good. Don't worry folks.. I got a project last week and joined yesterday.

It's just a temporary halt in project approvals. Companies are holding off on their policies before elections and it is quite common for this to happen a month before elections.. everything will ease out in a week or two and in fact November and December may be the best month for the market after elections even if it is the end of the year..
