DB guyzz,
Koncham ma manger tho ala handle cheyalloo cheparaaa. E vishayamulooo...I am only one person in my team for technical.
2 months back nannu ma manger some other team ki assign chesindhii, @ that time ma team lo work ledhuuu. After that
ma team lo work start ayiiindhii, 1 month nuchiii nadusthudhii, i am doing. But right now, the other team is calling me to work again for 50% of my time. they took a permission from VP. But that the thing my manager doesn't likes. She is showing anger on me.
How to handle this
