Vadu ichina query prakaram....anni teams who played with POL with all matches played either same or diff dates vastay.....

Nee query only distinct vastay ...i mean prathi team okkasare vastadi result lo as you mention distinct by Team id...ade nuvvu date tho filter cheste u will get all results played by same team in diff dates....
