Ika ee db nundi vellipoye time ochindi..a break for 2 months or more. Last but not the least, oka personal experience chepthanu.. I heard that job market is falling and many big corporate giants are ready for layoffs this year end. Election effect kooda chaala play chesthadi.. 2 years back oka state govt job kosam full swing lo recommendation cheyincha..aa department chief officer tho ne contacts unde thru my professor at my university. Ade department lo nen internship kooda chesanu..so I was 100 % confident ki naaku job pakka ani..2 n half months wait chesa..state kada processing time ekkuva untadi ani..ade time lo elections vachi sachi maa governor maaraadu..budgets freeze chesesadu..so all state gov’t depts. stopped hiring outsiders..only internal transfers and promotions.. not only state but federal level lo ayinaa effect matram alane untadi ani naa nammakam…

So protect ur job..normal ga jan-feb-mar lo IT job market full swing lo untadi..paina anukunattu layoffs aithe ganaka market lo exp. people chaala mandi vastharu..elections effect thodu aithe, less jobs more competition.. [b]so prepare yourself to face the market. [/b]Don’t waste your time..expand your knowledge and horizons to learn new in your field of work.. db eppatiki untadi..ikada threads vesukuni sollu kotte badulu edaina future plan cheskondi..it all depends on you, what to do and what not..
