I guess Xargs will be the faster one.

Instead of displaying on the screen. make sure you have any size on file system example : [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3][background=rgb(247, 247, 247)]find /path -name fff | xargs grep ggg > filename[/background][/size][/font][/color]
