Ipudu resignation submit cheste vadu current H1B revoke/withdraw chesukune chance untadi kada ? or nenu resignation date 15 business days from day before yesterday petti letter pampiddam anukuntunna employer ki. Whats your opinion ? should I wait for 15 days then after getting approval resignation submit cheyalaa ?

edisav_edava Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 its not that... u can either work for the same employer even though ur h1 transfer is approved... after ur h1 transfer is approved, u can start working with the new employer anytime like 1 week, 2 weeks, one month or even 2 months also... there is no such restriction... so my plan for u is.. first let ur h1 transfer is approved...after it is done...send a notice to the current employer that ur resigning... then after a week, ask ur new employer to start running the payroll...the only thing is from the day ur payroll is run by new employer, thats the start date with ur new employer.... also check the non compete agreement if u made with current employer...ur current employer may sue u if jump to vendor directly....i have experienced this last year while transferring to a PV.... deentlo koddiga research chesina nenu...pm me if u wnat more details..

So, he won't do that. yelaagu neeku 1-2 days reciept # vasthundi.....so, u can actually resign now itself...happiega I did the samething as I explained.
