before applying for h1b ur employer will have to file a lca with dept of labor mentioning ur work location,job title and prevailing wage(min wage paid for that position in that state..) etc....once its certified they'l send it to uscis along with all other documents on ur h1b petition..it normally takes 7 days to get approved .....


2nd one...a person can have multiple lca's so u can have an lca for ur client loc and one fr emp loc...

everytime u change clients on h1b u'll have to file a new lca and amend that h1.....so ur i-797 will have current lca address(current client details)....so if they dont it will be a prob
