[b]Like in all his films, SOT also has romance,comedy,sentiment .

But this time he reduces the overdose of sentiment to the maximum and focuses on the frendship ,love and college competition backdrop of the movie.

Performances by new comers siddarth malhotra,alia bhatt,Varun dhawan were too good in their respective roles.And other actors who played freinds roles are also mostly newcomers and they too have done their job well.

Rishi kapoor,ram kapoor,ronit roy and other artises were apt.

Camera and music department worked out well, editing could have been better in 2nd half.
